FAQ –


Processing-
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. (If an item is Pre-order the estimated time of arrival will be listed in the description of the pre-order item)


Shipping-
Packages usually ship within 3-5
business days from the date of the purchase. Once an item ships you will receive tracking info. Please do not email or send a message unless it has been more then 7 business days from the date of your order. Pre-orders will ship 3-5 days after being received


Returns-
Once an item is purchased no returns will be given. Store credit will be given ONLY. You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item. Please do not send messages on our actual Facebook page as they will not be responded to. Messages can be sent thru messenger or you can email
us.

If an item is defective or flawed please email us at
Oakleigh.rayne@hotmail.com with the following: photo and descriptions of damage. Items must not be worn, washed and must be smoke free and pet free. Items must still have tags on. All credit must be used within 30days.
